Windows Bluos controller - not showing Tidal

BluOS controller on Windows 11 has suddenly stopped showing Tidal under music services, when I try to add it says already logged in, remove / add still doesn't show. 

Completely reinstalled the application, still nothing is showing.

What to check / do next please?

  Have you tried powering off your Bluesound hardware for five minutes, then ensuring the BluOS is closed (swiped away) on the controller device? After this check a phone / tablet to see if you have the same issue.
