No sound from Pulse Mini 2I

I have a Pulse mini 2i.  It does not produce any sound, although the BluOS controller shows the track and also the progress bar. I can also change the volume. In short, the app shows that everything works, but there is no sound. I unplugged the Player from the wall and wait 10 minutes, then plug it back in. it does not work. I live in Miami, Florida. Could you please help me? Thanks
