untraceable FLAC and MP3 files

I ripped three Comedy Of Errors CDs. In the Library I see two CD's with band name : Comedy Of Errors (capital "O") and one CD with band name : Comedy of Errors (lower cast "o")
Techical info's from the first track of all three CD'S :

File: /var/mnt/SMB-905682BF698D/Comedy of Errors/House Of The Mind/01 - Tachyon.flac

File: /var/mnt/SMB-905682BF698D/Comedy of Errors/Disobey/01 - Disobey.flac

File: /var/mnt/SMB-905682BF698D/Comedy Of Errors/Time Machine/01 - The Knight Returns.flac

When I connect my iMac with the Vault 2i :

- in the MP3 folder only the CD "Time Machine" is saved

- in the MUSIC folder are two the same folders named "Comedy Of Errors (with captial "O"). Both with de CD : "Time Machine".

I can't find the two other CD's on the Vault 2i server but I can play them with BlueSound :

In The Library :

Comedy Of Errors : CD's  Disobey and Time Machine

Comedy of Errors : CD  House Of The Mind

There is a difference between the technical info and 

I have done the "reindex" and "rebuilt library" option.
