Powernode doesn't appear on Tidal speaker icon after pause

My powernode has been working fine controlled by Tidal until recently when after a pause, Tidal screen is unable to locate powernode.  After taking out the power plug of the powernode, Tidal will see again the Powernode.  Have tried resetting the router as described by Bluesound, such as waiting for at least 5 minutes before plugging the router and Powernode etc, didn't work.  Help appreciated.

  Hi Tony, I think you are going to have to work with support on this. Only thing off the top of my head is to change the DNS servers your Router uses and add IP reservations for both the POWERNODE and the device you are using Tidal Connect on.
