Input sources selection disappeared

I have NAD c389 with the bluos mdc2 card, connect via Ethernet. Today the input source selection disappeared from the bluos controller app (Android). Tried to reinstall the controller, reboot the amp, ensured I'm running the latest bluos version, etc. Nothing works. Any ideas? Amp is able to stream via Tidal Connect on Tidal's app, so it has proper network connectivity.
