    Is this a new install or had it been working OK previously?

    I purchased the Powernode yesterday, so this is an issue experienced on the initial set-up. Just to be sure its not an issue with the speakers or connections, I plugged everything into my NAD T748 receiver and they worked great. 

    So whatever the issue, its with the Powernode.

    You could try a factory reset but probably need to return it to your dealer.

    I did the factory reset and went through a wifi and ethernet set-up for the Powernode. I continue to have the same results. I will likely return it to the dealer this week as I suspect an issue with the amplifier or connections of the unit itself. 

    I appreciate the replies and advice.
