    Hi Dany, using the BluOS App select Help…Send Support Request. This way the Bluesound Support crew will get a copy of the logs and be in touch.

    After a few times off and on, sound reset anyway. We have noticed that we regularly have no sound when we start up the Puls in recent months. After a few tries, the sound comes back on. This time we had a little more trouble
    Could this be due to the latest update?
