Bluesound Pulse (first edition) - no sound

If we want to listen to a radio station on our Pulse (first edition) or we want to play a song from the library (computer or USB stick), we have no sound.
(Already did a reset but doesn't help)

We see the song playing but no sound. When we open any radio station we see that the Pulse switches to the station but we don't hear any sound.

  After a few times off and on, sound reset anyway. We have noticed that we regularly have no sound when we start up the Puls in recent months. After a few tries, the sound comes back on. This time we had a little more trouble
  Could this be due to the latest update?
