    Hi-Res

Best to contact support directly, using the BluOS App select Help…Send Support Request.

Many thanks for the reply, I have send the support request via the help. The software version for both the app and NAD M10 V2 are 3.20.52

Same thing here. Reboots randomly using Airplay / Apple Music and connected via Ethernet. This does not happen if I'm running Tidal from within BluOS.

Can't determine any patterns yet. The reboots are random and occur after maybe an hour or two of playing from Apple Music. Since reboots don't occur while using the built-in BluOS apps, must be something connected to Airplay directly.  Who knows :)

I have contacted Support via the app, as suggested by Seppi above.

I have the same issue. (Just happened right now actually)  I've noticed it while playing Qobuz or Radio Paradise in BlueOs.
After a couple off hours playing my M10v2 is randomly rebooting now and than. I have DIrac running by the way.

After disconnecting my NAD M10 V2 from the power outlet for a couple of day’s (during our holliday). I haven’t had this problem any more. I am also using the Dirac function. Maybe this helps for you as wel???

Thanks for the replies. I'm not alone in this !

I finally sent my NAD back to Lenbrook here in Canada for repair or replacement (under warranty). Still waiting for their response.

The reboots were daily. I first problem-solved with BlueOS, including sending them my logs after reboots, but to no avail. They figured it was hardware based. They said I had some packet loss, but I can't figure out how this might lead to a full power cycle of the entire NAD unit.

I tried leaving it unplugged for a while, but same problem occurred.

The reboot always happened with Airplay, but never under Tidal built into the BluOS software. I didn't use the unit enough to do full testing on this tho.

I was running Dirac as well. Not sure if it's related, but who knows. Something is creating a full reboot randomly. Seems there are several of us now.   Will just have to wait to see what LenBrook does with the repair.

Dear Tony, many thanks for the reply. I have done last time and the advice was to disconnect the M10 V2 from the power socket. During our holliday i have left the M10 disconnected for over one week and till now I did not have any reboot. When it re-occours I will directly make a support request again.

    Thanks alot,
    Stef

You are definitely not alone. I am having the same problem and it’s really annoying. The NAD randomly crashes and/or reboots when using Airplay. My home network is very stable and the receiver is connected via Ethernet. No other device in my home network - not even the only wirelessly connected devices - is having problems with airplay at all. I contacted the support again, hope they come up with an solution.

I had returned my unit to Lenbeook here in Canada. They sent me an entirely new unit to replace the first. No explanations as to what was wrong though. I suspect power supply but who knows.
