Default "show all", sort by name, exclude folders

As a new user I immediately found some basic features missing (most have been requested before, years ago):

"Show all" as selectable default is still missing. The limited stuff blueOS decides to show me is useless

"Sort by name" as selectable default is missing

Option to exclude folders is missing (e.g. I have some definitely non hi-res legacy mp3s in an MP3 folder which I want to exclude.

Duplicates are also hard to spot (MP3/war/flac versions of same Album)
