BlueSound Pulse 2 - upgrade problems

Hi, 

My Pulse 2 has ended up in a strange state. I have not been using it for some time, and found it with the red led. Tried factory reset, but it seems to lock in either red or green state. 

Tried to connect it to an switch, but the Cisco switch turned the port into err-disable due to link flapping : 

Jul 31 15:56:36: %PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: link-flap error detected on Gi1/0/13, putting Gi1/0/13 in err-disable state

I have tried to follow the procedure for a manual upgrade from an USB stick, but nothing happens after the led turns red the second time. 

Could you help me ??

  As for the manual update I find the timing very tricky and it may take you many try`s (restarts) for it to work. I hope this helps.
