Why not dynamic Loudness possible ?
AnsweredI have a NAD that is driven by BluOS.
But what I really miss is the option : Dynamic Loudness.
I live where I cannot play music on high volumes.
I had before Denon and also Sonos etcetera, they all had Loudness control.
So my ears are "used" to it.
So why does there not appear a button in the software for loudness control ?
It is much more full and detailed at low volumes.
Now I miss that "touch".
So is it not possible to implant that in the software ?

Hi Arno
BluOS Players do not support audio filters such as Dynamic Loudness out of the box as part of our brand philosophy.
If however your NAD system comes with DIRAC, please contact support@nadelectronics.com about how to use DIRAC and you can customise a filter to your taste to give you the experience you desire.

It is not a filter, it is a extra boost on low volumes to the sound.
Too bad that BluOS does not support that, because other good brands support it.For example the Denon Ceol N11 sounds at low volumes better than my NAD c700 and costs a third of the price !
But I already contacted NAD and they say to me to contact BluOS about it.
So I keep getting information from two fronts that look at each other !
