Flex 2i Bluetooth always on/mystery connect

I use Bluetooth on my Flex 2i to listen to music. Someone in my neighbourhood has decided to connect to it and also listen to audio periodically. How can I prevent this without turning off Bluetooth together?

Yes that could work. I suppose this stems from the speakers always being in pair mode vs some devices that you need to turn on pairing to connect a new device.
I guess with manual I’ll need to have it on a different source until I want to play music and then switch it back to Bluetooth to prevent other people from connecting?
