    With the optical lead connected to the NODE does the BluOS App now show the Optical Input on the left hand panel?

    Yes. And it has the volume slider so I know it’s not on mute and at a high enough volume.

    If the optical lead at the NODE end has a light then best to log a support ticket. From the BluOS App select Help…Send Support Requet.

    Received a call this morning. Unable to answer due to being at work. Called back and chose the option for a call back. Supposedly in the priority order as if I had stayed on hold. 5 hours later, no call back and of course closed now.

    I did receive an email this afternoon telling me how to connect the Project to the Node X and to use the app and make sure I select “Optical Input”. This didn’t help at all because I already know this.

    Kellie from support was great today. Unfortunately, it's a hardware issue. Will be getting a replacement.
