Listening to SACD's on Bluesound Node X

Have a Node x and an Oppo DVD,CD, SACD player which I have hooked up to the Node X with the optical connection to play CDs. Works great for that, Put in a SACD and nothing. Is there some settings I have to change somewhere or is playing SACDs through the node x impossible.

  You won’t be able to play SACD this way, if the Oppo has analogue outputs then connect them to the Node.
