the ethernet port keeps blinking red. its connected to the router. cant play my tidal through my speakers. whats wrong?

  Reboot (pull the power) on whatever Bluesound hardware you have and wait 5 mins. Then try again, if this does not help reboot your Router and replace the Ethernet lead.
