two players are not showed in the controller

I have 4 players  - 2 of them Pulse Flex and 2 of them Flex 2i.

Now 2 playes (one of each type) is not showing up in the controller, but they are still playing. However i cannot control their volume individually when they are not shown.

  As a first line fix, power off all your Bluesound devices, then powercycle your Router. Give it five minutes to be fully up and running and then power on your Bluesound devices.

  You may also have to reboot your controller or turn off Wi-Fi and on again.
