BluOS (suddenly) app can't see devices
AnsweredHelp hugely appreciated!
I've had a node 2i and flex 2i for several years without issue. This weekend, my BluOS app 3.20.2 (on iPhone iOS 15.7.7) refused to see either device. Devices both have blue lights. They did not show up in my router device list though, whether connected with Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Router is Zyxel model NR5103E. (not showing up might be a red herring - possibly a router app issue since it worked eventually below).
Installed app on son's iPhone and my desktop but same issue. Node, speaker, 2 phones, laptop, and router all in same room, as is Ethernet switch on which other devices work fine. both phones, laptop, node & flex all on same network.
Did factory reset on both devices (in case there was a bad firmware update I didn't realise I installed). Also uninstalled and reinstalled BlueOS app,
At first, app couldn't see devices when searching but they appeared on phone Wi-Fi settings under Airplay, so I added them to my network there. (note: contrary to app wording, I cannot connect from phone using node/flex as a hot spot -- phone only allows Airplay configuration).
Still no luck so factory reset again (didn't know how to just reset the Wi-Fi credentials). This time, they did show up on BlueOS app when searching. I tried to install but they each gave slightly different "not configured correctly" errors. But they have blue lights and are on my network with the new names I gave them. They no longer appear on phone settings (since they are now on network and as above, don't show hotspots at least to my iPhone or my son's or on my laptop).
I feel like I've tried everything (at least once) so any pointers much appreciated.

Very good suggestion!
Problem solved -- it was my router's new firmware -- it has IPv6 enabled in the new version, which caused very odd issues (others found it in their gaming platforms but like me, not on other devices).
So: disabling IPv6 (plus oddly setting APN to manual on the hub) fixed it and I'm listening to my music again!
(just in case anybody else has similar issues, at least if using a hub like my Zyxel model NR5103E
thanks for the help :)

Cheers for the quick reply!
Yep -- rebooted router too (forgot to mention that). Node & Flex aren't visible on router app now (they were there an hour ago and nothing was turned on/off since then). Turned both off & on and now they show up again. (actually, the router shows something like a MAC address, not IP). But "arp -a" in DOS finds them -- but then no -- I get no reply when pinging either device from DOS.
