    In this case, make sure that Gapless Playback is enabled in your Spotify app.

    If that does not make any difference, try logging out and logging in.

    Lastly, if the issue persists, please reach out to our support team using the BluOS app. This way, our software will automatically send diagnostic log with the support ticket that our support team can easily analyze what is going on with your player.
