    Immediately after you get the issue use the BluOS App and select Help…Send Support Request. This way a support ticket will be raised and the logs attached for investigation.

    Thanks. Would you believe it fixed itself?

    All I did was power cycle both Bluesound items because they were no longer being detected by the app. Maybe they require a power cycle after a firmware update?

    Is there a better way to power cycle than by unplugging them?

    There is a reboot in the App but of course the player needs to be accessible.
