Problem with TV connection and BlueOS app
AnsweredI have Bluesound Soundbar+, I use BlueOS version 3.20.52, on Xiaomi Mi 9SE Android version 11 and Philips 55PU8857/12 connected by eARC HDMI cable to soundbar.
There is several issues I have not figured out:
1) When watching TV sometimes (1-2 times per hour) soundbar is mute for few seconds and then resumes.
2) Sometimes sound is on but significantly altered. TV restart does not fix it but soundbar restart will correct it.
3) I can not close BlueOS app on my phone. Only by restarting the phone and when the BlueOS app is running my phone volume control buttons will control soundbar not phone speakers.
What can I do to avoid these bugs.
