Solid Red Light

I really can't believe the threads and solutions for the "solid red light" issue.  I feel like I have wandered into the wrong district. I have contacted Bluesound and no reply or update yet. And seriously? no little button to push to reboot the unit. Bluesound should take these back ... but lets see if they respond
