2 Players conflict
AnsweredHi there.
Lately I have conflicts between my flex and pulse soundbar.
When my flex is in use and I turn on my tv (uses the soundbar for sound) then after a short period the sound shuts down of the soundbar. When I press play it sounds again but then again it shuts down.
When I turn of the flex all is fine.
I have this problem for 2 weeks or so and have no answers to solve the problem.
Never had this before.
Hope anyone can help me out on this one.

Sounds like a network routing issue, please restart your router, wait 5 minutes, then restart your Bluesound Players. Wait 5 more minutes and see if the problem returns. If it does, our Support Crew will need the log files from your SOUNDBAR. You can easily send these by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App.
