Why is Amazon Music UK so bad on BluOS?
AnsweredDoes anyone have any idea as to why the Amazon Music interface is so bad on BluOS that it renders it almost unusable? I use Tidal but have a 4 month free trial with Amazon Music (in the UK in case that makes a difference). The Amazon Music interface is so bad it doesn't even display information as basic as the name of an artist for an album unless you start playing it.
I guess this would be fine if there was a 'connect' option as per Tidal or Spotify, but haven't heard that this is on the cards.

Music Services are designed and implemented using documentation and APIs delivered by the Music Service itself. To create a better Amazon Music Experience in third-party devices such as your Bluesound Player, let Amazon Music know.

I have to say that the policy of saying basically "it's not our fault, take it up with Amazon" kind of sounds like "we don't really care." Amazon customer service staff probably have very little say and Amazon are not going to take much notice of a few complaining customers. Only a company is going to have the clout to get Amazon to change anything, perhaps by presenting a business case to the effect that it might expand their customer base.
