Thanks,
unfortunately the player is not detectable by Home app for some reason. Even if I move the phone 2 cm from the bluetooth antenna its not seen.0 -

Hi Mark T. (Sr. Support Crew Member)
I have encountered the same problem with my NAD C388 w/ MDC module 2i Bluos. can you get back to me as well if you have a workaround?
Best regards,

Hi Viktor
Using the front panel of the NAD C388, under BluOS, Factory Reset the BluOS MDC 2i.
Using the instructions at www.bluesound.com/setup, please reconnect the BluOS Module to your network using an iPhone. Please do this with the iPhone right by the C388 (almost on top of it). Say you have nothing to scan when prompted. Your iPhone should pick up the C388 MDC by proximity.
If problems persist, please email support@bluos.net for further assistance.
