Vault2 disk error
AnsweredHello, since 2 days the led on our Vault2 turned red. We cannot approach the Vault by the apps. The Vault is not recognized! We also tried to reset it by the procedure which is described. What to do now. The apparatus doesn’t respond to anything. Please help!

I have the same issue. Do you have a solution. My Vault 2 is stuck on solid red. USB upgrade does not work.

Hi Will, I don’t have a solution yet. I brought my Vault to my local retailer. I hope they can fix it ….
