POWERNODE, DOA
AnsweredFirst post, hello all. I bought myself a POWER NODE for Xmas last year and just got around to hooking it up.
I plugged everything up and checked it all thrice. I got a blue, then a green light (or the opposite?), and followed the prompts on the app until I couldn't find the unit on my wifi. I unplugged and got a red light, then nothing. Unplugged for an hour, then three. I plugged it back up, and nothing—no lights of any kind.
I have filled out a support form and am now waiting for the "48 hours."
I purchased the item in the USA, but I am now in SE Asia, where I live most of the year.
Any ideas for resetting or prognosis would be appreciated.
Frustrating.
