Flex keeps dropping out

My Bluesound Flex and pulse repeatedly loses internet connection. It as now become so bad that I am seriously looking for alternatives to stream radio and music. Constantly spoiled listening to spoken word streams. I have followed your advice on changing router ports, which have not resolved the problem.
Both systems are hard wired via Devolo boosters.

First, let's see and confirm if the issue you are experiencing is with your networking.
If you hardwire connect your FLEX's to your network switch or router (not Devolo boosters), do you experience the same issue?
If the answer is NO, then it is confirmed that you are experiencing networking issues with your Devolo boosters. And if the answer is YES, then the problem is with your Bluesound FLEX.
