    First, let's see and confirm if the issue you are experiencing is with your networking.

    If you hardwire connect your FLEX's to your network switch or router (not Devolo boosters), do you experience the same issue?

    If the answer is NO, then it is confirmed that you are experiencing networking issues with your Devolo boosters. And if the answer is YES, then the problem is with your Bluesound FLEX. Either way, you can reach out support team for suggestions and assistance with your issue. You can send us a support ticket at support@bluesound.com

    Done   that doesn’t drop out when connected to the router.
