After clearing all other possible connections with your headphones and ensuring they are not connected to a phone, please select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your POWERNODE and follow these steps; Pairing Bluetooth Headphones
If you are still having issues, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.
