I have this exact same issue. Node 2i disappears as an option to stream to via Tidal Connect after a while. Music will still be playing for a bit, but eventually it loses the connection altogether and stops playing, but first Tidal connect drops the connection to Node, and then it disappears altogether as a streaming option. I can still see Airplay and Bluetooth options within the Tidal app.

I see this too. It’s worse now. Music will fade in and out. It’s essentially broken

I am having exact same problem. Very frustrating. I have to power off-on the node to get tidal connect to show up. Tidal connect does show on my other bluesound device -- pulse mini, so it appears to be a node issue.

    Hi Dean

This is often caused by settings in your home router. Please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew can help troubleshoot. In your description, please include the make and model of your router, and if the router is 'free' with your Internet Service Provider, please include the ISP name and region you are located in.
