Few things you can do to troubleshoot your issue.

    1. Try replacing the ethernet cable connecting your NODE 2i to your network. Make sure to use ONLY Cat5e or Cat6.
    2. Is it connected directly to your router or are you using some kind of network extender/adapter?
    3. Try using a different ethernet port on your router or switch.

If you needed more 1:1 assistance, please send us a support ticket to support@bluesound.com. This way, a member of our support team can guide you and determine how to fix your networking issue.

    Thanks Mark!
    1. Tried that. Using Cat7 now
    2. It is connected to a Linksys LGS380 switch, which in turn is connected to the Internet's provider's router. The WiFi AP is connected to the same Linksys switch
    3. Tried that as well.

Take the switch out of network chain by connecting node straight to router, that may answer question where problem is (switch or node). Last time I had similar problem (not with bluos device, but still..) it was cable problem, so suggest to use another cable during test.

    Hi,

I tried all the above with no result.

    However there is an update.

When I listen via ROON to the exact same radio station (same URL) there is no problem.

When using the BluOS built in TuneIn solution I experience the interruptions.

    Thanks
    Yves
