BlueOS connected to stereo, playing Spotify only 1 song
AnsweredSince the latest update, my unit does not seem to sync with my Spotify playlist all the time, and will only play one song and then I lose audio.
If I look at Spotify (controller through IPhone) the song is still playing, but no sound coming from stereo unit. If I manually go to next song, then it will play, then same issue. Will only work for 1 song and often what is displayed on Spotify or BlueOS is NOT what is playing - lags behind.
Any hints.

Hi Greg
In the BluOS App, Select Music Services, Spotify and log out of Spotify. Select Help, Diagnostics Reboot to restart your Bluesound Player. Once your player is back up and running (Blue LED). Relaunch the Spotify App and 'Connect' to your Bluesound Player. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we may review the player's event log.

Thanks,
This seems to have fixed the issue so far.

This issue keeps happening with Spotify. I was hoping the new updates would fix this but I need to logout of Spotify in the app and and reboot my powernode2 everyday that I want to listen to music. Will this ever be fixed? Otherwise I hear one song and it stops then it might randomly play another song after a long delay (hour or more)

Hi Matt
This is not related to the BluOS 4.0 and a fairly common occurrence in Spotify. Please review the Spotify App settings, and under Storage, Clear Cache. If problems persist, please check out Spotify troubleshooting tips from their support channels.
