    Audio dropouts are almost always network lag regardless of connection status. Please restart your home router. Wait 5 minutes then restart any network extenders, wait 5 minutes then restart your Bluesound Players. The waiting 5-minute interval is key. This will reset and clear your network routing table. 

    If problems persist after the restart - please select Help, Send Support Request so we can trouble shoot further. Please include the make and model of your router, if it is proved by your telecom company, who is your telecom company in the description field.
