Powernode 2i sound cuts out after switching Networks
AnsweredAbout an hour ago I switched networks on my powersound 2i from an wifi booster back to my router / modem (which is what it has been connected to for the last years). For some reason about every 5-10 mins my streaming fades out for several seconds - every 2-3 mins. It's non-stop and so annoying. My Bluesound Vault is connected to the router/modem and I just wanted them back on the same network so they both appear together in the Bluesound app. It's never happened before with this fading out. Please perform a complete network reboot together with all your IoT devices. If the issue persists, please send us a support ticket using the BluOS app. This way, our support team can analyze the diagnostic log file attached to your support ticket.
