Amazon HD music no longer playing
When I got my node 2 I was only a subscriber to the regular (non-HD) Amazon music service. I subsequently upgraded to Amazon HD, and my music sounded noticeably better on the node 2, and I noticed that the songs in my Amazon playlists on the BluOS were now labeled HD, ultra HD, or nothing. Was very happy. Then suddenly those HD labels on my music disappeared in the BluOS app, and my music sounds like crap again--obviously the files are not being streamed in HD anymore. When I open the regular Amazon Music App the songs in my playlists have these HD, ultra HD, etc. labels. Any idea what gives? I tried deleting the BluOS app and re-installing, but that did not do anything.

Similar issue recently, resolved itself the next day, can only presume its was Amazon’s doing.

Well, this has been going on a couple of weeks now--so not self resolving. Again, Amazon is streaming HD music to my iphone xr (which I'm also using to control the node 2 via the BluOS app), so I don't see how the problem is with Amazon

If not alreday done log a support ticket from the App immediately after playing some tracks.
Also check that there are no BlueOS updates available fro your player. Deleting the App would not help as the account information is stored on the Bluesound hardware, so just remove the Amazon account and add it back again from the Bluesound App to see if that helps.
Amazon have been making changes, dropping the price altered the streams available.
