Tidal cannot login on Bluesound node2 and Powernode 2i
Hi folkes. I just followed the istruction of Toni to logout and login again to Tidal to solve some Problems with Tidal. Trying to relogin with my Bluesound devices (node2 and powernode 2i) lead to the following message:
You have been blocked.
Why this block? Something in the browser's behavior made us wonder.
Different possibilities:
You are surfing and clicking at superhuman speeds
something is blocking Javascript from working on your computer
there is a robot on the same network as you are
problems accessing the website? Contact the support
What is the problem? Having 2 Bluesound Devices in the same Network?

Is this on a PC ? if you have any pop up or ad blockers installed try turning them off, alternatively try adding the account using an iOS or Android device. I like to say a reboot of the router helps “sometimes” as a new internet connection is made.
Have seen several users on other forums this month (June 2021) getting the same message but Tidal's support has been lacking but probably who you need to contact.

thank you very much for your response. Yes, it was on a PC. A reset of the router did not help, probably because the IP address was not reassigned. But your tip, trying to login via the Android app has helped. I was able to log in again.
And correct, Tidal did not respond.0
