Pulse 2i and Pulse Flex 2i
I have just bought the above in preference over Sonos. Whilst the sound is great setting it up and using it is far from intuitive and there is absolutely no documentation to refer to. Had I known this before buying I would certainly not have bought. Indeed I would not recommend Bluesound to anyone.

The QuickStart guides were included with my devices, they are also available on each products respective page on the Bluesound Website, the app then steps you through the setup process. Beyond this pretty much most things are answered on the support website. It would be hard to keep a paper based manual current, every few months the old one would literally have to be thrown away as features are added.

To put it in perspective my recent Mac Mini M1 purchase came with less documentation and cost a lot more than a Bluesound Vault, just don’t expect to get anything included nowadays with electronics.
