Check to ensure your iPhone is connected to the same WiFi network as your Bluesound devices.

Also if you know how to access the menus on your router you should be able to find your Bluesound devices IP addresses to at least know they are on the network. Knowing the colour of the status LED on the front of the players would be handy to know.

Another thing to try is an Ethernet cable direct from one Bluesound device to your router.

iPhone and Ipad are on the same network.  I can see the devices on the router and ping them.  Also, they can be accessed via a MS Desktop. They no longer show up across iOS devices.  All cables have been verified as working.

Ubiquity Access Points and Switching directly into an ISP gateway.

Best to log a support ticket with Bluesound if you have not already done so.

I don’t have any Unifi equipment here at home but in the controller there is a setting called channel isolation which may be on and would stop devices seeing each other. Bluesound love Ubiquiti hardware so probably your best bet.

Did you try an Ethernet cable ?

I toggled the mutli-cast channel isolation toggle and it seems have worked. Thank you for your help
