    If your headphones are still connected, all output is muted. You will have to disconnect the headphones. If Problems persist after doing so, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may review the log file and take a closer look.

    Thanks Tony , yes I know about the headphone jack , I tested it to see if the unit was working and it works well when headphones are plugged ,
    Not sure what else to do I am not sure if there are settings in the amp I need to check ?

    Hi Tony I Managed to figure it out as after all the changes , i did a hard reboot of teh Amp and Blueos all worked well . Thanks for your support
