No access to local iPad/iPhone music?
AnsweredFrom some earlier exchanges read here and scattered information found on the internet, it looks like there was an option to play files locally stored on an iPhone/iPad (I saw some snapshots with a « My iPhone » source in the left drawer).
I have never seen such source appearing on my iPhone or iPad. It has never bothered me until now as I have my music collection on a NAS at home, but I have moved a Bluesound speaker to our holiday home where I don’t have a NAS and would have liked to be able to play directly from iPad. I guess I could put the library on a USB stick but that’s a bit less clean solution in terms of update.

Hi,
I believe you didn‘t write which device or devices you have. If they are Gen.2i they support AirPlay2 and with that you can stream the music from Apple devices to BluOS devices. If they are Gen1/2 without „i“ there is only Bluetooth for playback from mobile devices.

It is a Bluesound Pulse Mini so no Airplay 2. I know I can use Bluetooth but for some reason that link sometimes « bricks » the Mini an I have to factory reset it. I was just curious to see if the local library option was still available, I’ll revert to the USB stick (in addition to the streaming options).
