WHATS THE DEAL WITH THE NEW DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS?

Been trying to download the newest load for windows.....keeps failing...when I start it it says the time is 4+ hours.  My internet speed is ok so must be problem with the Bluesound downloading system?

  No problem downloading at "max speed" here.
