Weird volume behavior app

Description is steps : 

1 Start : volume state 0

2 Change volume to state 1

3 Change screen app to other screen with volume control : volume shows state 0 and jumps to state 0 as soon as the slider is touched

4 Change volume to state 1

5 Change screen app to other screen without volume controle

6 Change screen app to screen with volume control : state 0 and volume chages to state 0 when the slider is touched.

Clearly a one way communication here, and dont tell me again that polling takes some time. It does not, because I can wait for half a minute between steps and still it happens. Hope this is a clear enough description for support to have somebody look into this. This behavior already exist for months (have reported it from the start, got this "it takes some time for the app to update" reaction) and has not been fixed and is really annoying when state 0 is my TV state (louder) and state 1 if for music. Every switch in screen and touching the volume slider means music crashing into my room.
