NAD C658 No Driac Live

Hi chaps. So after changing the system over to a bi-amping system and adding a sub I decided to rerun Dirac again. This didn't work and Dirac wouldn't perform its features. So I removed the sub and tried to rerun Dirac but still failed in the volume control. I have done a full factory reset button still no Dirac. When I look at the C658 it says Dirac is off with no option to turn it on. When I run Dirac the microphone works but when I go to do the volume levels it says there's a problem with code device internal error and to Check the NAD and restart the app. Anyone got any idea? Thanks Wayne

  Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we may review the system event log and take a closer look.

  Just to add when I put the Dirac volume slider up it just starts playing the music again

  Did an update this morning and the white noise is only coming out of the left side but the music is fine?

  It's the app Tony ....after hours of messing I've worked it out....the windows version works ok.

  Hey guys, the problem is back.

  i cant do any measurements at all now with any device, ie iPad android app or windows,

  please help as i have some new speakers and really want to try them out.
