Set default sound level at start

Hi

 

I have some bluesound flex, pulse 2 and node in my house.

Every time my son has used the players, the volume has been left very high :-)

So when I turn it on early morning I wake up the hole Familly

Is there a setting somewhere that set the volume level low every time the unit is turned on?

  There is not a setting as such but you could…

  Create a preset which had the volume level set and use this before playing anything.

  Create an alarm to play overnight with a playlist containing tracks with at have no sound and set the volume level. This was the level would be set for the next day. 
  
  

  I did the second one years ago, found some blank MP3 on the internet.

  Ahh.. nice..

   

  My son always play from spotify and I use preset 4 

  So for me that maybe is the easy one..set preset 4 to always start on sound level X

  Assume I have to do that on each player or is it just on preset in the APP?

  Yes each player has its own preset, this gives you more flexibility, I personally tend to play different music in different rooms so this works well for me.

  I have been looking for the settings to do this.. but can't find them.

  Could I maybe ask for guide to the setting? :-)

  I would think it would be somewhere on my preset.
