    Please ensure your BluOS app and player are up to date, and if you are still experiencing this issue, it may help to reset your Qobuz password via their website and try to log in via BluOS again.

    Hi Robert, sometimes powercycling your Router and your Bluesound device(s) helps as you then connect to a different Qobuz server. Also if you know how to change the DNS server settings on your router it’s worthwhile swapping to the Google or Cloudflare servers.
