New Cable Modem Installed - Cannot get all my Bluesound nodes to connet
%pm Today: Had to have my Comcast/xfinty cable modem replaced. Now I cannot get any of my nodes to connect....they just have a blinking green light on all of them. (The only unit connected is the Vault). Have tried to add players but none of them show up. Tried powering one of them down and now the green light is steady. Need help. I did change the new password that come with the new mode to the old password so I can connect to the internet now with our iPads.
could not find a phone number to call bluesound.....nothing on the web site about a contact phone number.
7:30pm: Well I finally figured it out. Just for giggles I powered down one of my Nodes, light started flashing and in a few minutes went to a "steady" green light. Tried to add a player and this time it worked, so I had to do the same for all my "units", powered them down then powered them up and once the light went to a "steady" green was able add that player to the system. They really need to add a help section that lists all these little "tricks" for us users...not all of us are "versed" on networking.

Your player is in "Hotspot Mode" when you have a green light. Your Vault is working because it's connected with ethernet cable.
Maybe easiest to connect your Node(s) to ethernet and set up WiFi with correct SSID and password. (Settings - Player - WiFi)
