NAD M50.2 trigger issues: unit keeps turning back on
AnsweredMy M50.2 received a firmware update to 3.14.10 a couple of days ago and now when I turn the unit off by the trigger it goes off, then comes back on again after a few seconds.
It had been working perfectly before the upgrade
I have rebooted the unit and checked everything: please help

Hello Mark,
I haven't seen any other reports of this occurring with the M50.2. What do you mean by turning the unit off? Is this power off from the back, vacation mode (in both of which it should not be possible for the trigger to be active), or is this general standby mode?
If standby mode, the next time you see this occur, please send our team a diagnostics log (Help > Send Support Request; log will be automatically attached) so our support crew can investigate more closely.

more: my NAD M50.2 keeps turning back on from general standby mode even after I remove trigger connection and use front panel power switch on top: so every time I turn it off, it turns back on by itself a few second later. I have rebooted and checked settings
I will file support request as you suggest
