New soundbar plus - so far dissapointing
AnsweredWell, on the back of some great reviews and an enjoyable experience with my Vault I decided to get rid of my sonos gear and move over 100% to Bluesound, somthing I am now regretting.
New £800 soundbar and the volume and sound quality is inferior to even my TV speakers nevermind my sonos soundbar.
I raised a support request and was told engineers were looking into it and at some point an update should fix it.....three days later and I am still unable to use the soundbar.
I have a sub and two pulse flex speakers on the way and it looks like rthey will all be going back to be replaced once again by sonos - very dissapointing Bluesound

Looks like both of you are in contact with the support crew - please continue to work with them.

I'm facing a similar predicament as I've just replaced a Sonos system.
Problems have been non stop, ranging from a subwoofer that doesn't connect to the soundbar anymore and lip sync issues that the 50ms minimum delay cannot fix. HELP!!!

I'll wait for the update to fix this issue, which I already had another discussion open. I am sure it'll be fixed. By the way, it is not an "HDMI Arch" problem- I tried the optical connection, again the volume is low, and the side Flex 2is are not heard at all.
Thank you for looking into this Sam. Let us know if you need more inforamtion.
