Node (N130)
AnsweredHas the new N130 a real standby or it is the same as on Node 2i?
I really wonder why you have missed the possibility to fit the new model with a hinged popup real display to show cover arts and radio logos.... kinda lack of creativity.

Hi ZeroID
The new NODE (N130) and POWERNODE (N330) maintain all the requirements of EU GPP's Green Criteria for an IoT appliance, similar to all audio or video streamers as required. These are the strictest requirements in the world. In fact, the NODE (N130)'s predecessor, the NODE 2i, exceeds those expectations when running (prior to standby).
A front panel display would significantly change the price point of your NODE or POWERNODE - something we did not want to do. If a front panel display is important to you or if your phone or tablet isn't readily available, our good friend at NAD Electronics offers this in the BluOS Enabled Masters Series lineup.
