Network can't can find Vault 2I but fails to open
AnsweredThe other day I lost my storage/vault2I. I then checked my network to see if the Vault could be found. I could find it up it continue to not be able to open it. I have unplugged my vault several times and still nothing. I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated

Is the VAULT still visible in the BluOS app? If so, navigate to Help > Send Support Request to automagically send our support crew a diagnostics log so they can look into this more closely.
