Can you check to see if your drive contains two partitions? Sometimes they come like that with tools in a “hidden” area.

The disk was formatted on Mac and as far I know this is not creating an EFI partition, but maybe I'm wrong on this.

If there is something like that, how to remove it?

Plug it back into the Mac and have a look in disk utils to see what it shows.

Just pure speculation on my part.

Can't see nothing in Disc Utility. I made a factory reset on the player and no changes, still two USB's...

Do test with a USB memory stick, after that log a support ticket, from the app select Help...Send Support Request

After "consultations" with a search engine there should be a hidden EFI partition, quite complicated removal procedure.

I remarked that that the new 2021 Node now support only FAT32 format and NTFS was removed. I don't know who's designing the Bluesound devices but apparently this guy had no idea that the FAT32 was removed from Windows 10, at least from the Home version. I....

This guy apparently don't know nothing about exFAT which is a crossplatform format widely accepted!
